We want you to feel great about Bid Buddy. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Bid Buddy purchases. You can request a refund in two ways:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us directly at Missbeehavin.rs@gmail.com and we'll help get it processed.

Free trial

Bid Buddy Pro includes a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and no refund is needed.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund on a past charge.
